For forty years the Land Rover has been the symbol of a dependable and
multi-purpose cross-country vehicle. Because of its specific features this car is
not only being used for civilian purposes, but also for military units in a dozen
countries all over the world. Especially the British army has several variants
for special services which include reconnaissance, security and other military
tasks. The use of these vehicles behind enemy lines is mainly carried out by
the S.A.S. Forces.
