19 February 2007 : Today I proudly present Model Maniac Page 33 - Part A. In this Part "Art Instructor" presents five new armors and two new dioramas, but I won't go into details here because they're already there down the page. Starting with this Page/Part, I've increased the size (in pixels) of my pictures from 780x520 (6x4" at 130dpi) to 900x600 (6x4" at 150 dpi) now that most people have broadband Internet access, so file size doesn't matter much any more and so far I've used less than 10% of my 5GB rent space. But the main reason behind this increase was that I've recently upgraded my home PC - from I-Opener LCD-PC 266MHz CPU, 64MB RAM, 4.3GB HD and 10" LCD monitor (highest resolution = 800x600) to HP Pavillion 3.3GHz CPU, 256MB RAM, 80GB HD, 17" LCD monitor (highest resolution = 1,280x1,024) - and all of a sudden my conventional pictures seem too small. I've also upgraded my O.S. from Windows 98 SE to Windows XP and I have some problems writing Thai texts using XP's Notepad. So I'll leave out Thai version from now on. While the old PC didn't have Internet access, the new one has USB wireless adapter (the base station which is a 3-in-1 device (ADSL modem, wireless access point and LAN switch) is in the house with 512KB Internet connection speed). And same as the last two Parts, all pictures in this Part were taken using "time exposure" technique to achieve highest depth of field. As always, I hope you'll enjoy viewing!

They are very encouraging and they inspire us to keep on producing quality models & dioramas and showing finest quality pictures possible.
