14 July 2008 : Today I proudly present Model Maniac Page 43 - Part A. In this Part, "Art Instructor" presents 5 new armors and a new diorama. Starting from the M2A2 from Tamiya and the TP z-1 "Fuchs" A6 ARC from Revell, followed by T-64B from SKIF, M7 Priest from Academy and German 3ton 4x2 cargo truck from Tamiya, then topping it off with a diorama "The Impenetrable Tank" using Italeri's Tiger I Ausf.E/H1 and Dragon's German Infantry (Tunisia 1943) as a response to a fellow modeler's request to see battle-scarred Tiger I - something that A.I. has never done before. I lended A.I. my "Tiger In Action" as reference for shape of craters. A.I. said that his craters' rims stick out just like the real thing. I'll leave that for you to determine. And same as the last two dozen Parts, all pictures in this Part were taken using "time exposure" technique so as to achieve highest depth of field, i.e., using a tripod, setting shutter priority and selecting shutter speed that gives the highest f-stop (f19-f22), and setting self timer shutter release. Lighting is natural, pictures were taken outdoor under the shades during daytime. Pictures were scanned directly from film by the photo shop, written on to a CD and resized by me. As always, I hope you'll enjoy viewing!

I'd like to thank for all kind feedbacks and compliments that we received concerning Page 42 - Part D. They are very encouraging and they inspire us to keep producing quality models & dioramas and showing finest quality pictures. Comments and suggestions are welcome in my Model Maniac Forum
