9 March 2010 : Today I proudly present Model Maniac Page 52 - Part D. In this Part, "Art Instructor" presents 6 new armors and a new figure. Starting from 3 modern armors namely Sp.Pz.2 "Luchs" A1/A2 from Revell, M60A1 with Reactive Armor and Merkava II from Mini Hobby, followed by
Soviet Tank Crew 1942 1:16 from Trumpeter, and ending with 3 WWII armors namely Staghound Mk.I from Italeri, German 15cm Sturmartileriegeschutz auf. Pz.III from Dragon and 3.7cm Flak 43 Flakpanzer IV "Ostwind" from Trumpeter. There's no diorama this time but there'll be one next time as usual.
And same as the last 3-4 dozen Parts, all pictures in this Part were taken using "time exposure" technique so as to achieve highest depth of field, i.e., using a tripod, setting shutter priority and selecting shutter speed that gives the highest f-stop (f19-f22) and setting self-timer for shutter release. Lighting is natural, pictures were taken outdoor under the shades during daytime. Pictures were scanned directly from film by the photo shop, written on to a CD and resized by me. As always, I hope you'll enjoy viewing!
I'd like to thank for all kind feedbacks, compliments and suggestions that we received concerning Page 52 - Part C. They are very encouraging, and they inspire us to keep on producing quality models and dioramas and showing finest quality pictures. Comments and suggestions are welcome in my Model Maniac Forum
