30 March 2010 : Today I proudly present Model Maniac Page 53 - Part A. This is a special Panzer Page showing 6 panzers in a row, i.e., German Panzer Kampfwagen I, II, III, IV, V and VI. The last one, Panzer VI or Tiger I, comes in an diorama setting. As usual, all were built by "Art Instructor" who's been building for this site longer than a decade. I really like his works over the years.
And same as the last 3-4 dozen Parts, all pictures in this Part were taken using "time exposure" technique so as to achieve highest depth of field, i.e., using a tripod, setting shutter priority and selecting shutter speed that gives the highest f-stop (f19-f22), and setting self timer shutter release. Lighting is natural, pictures were taken outdoor under the shades during daytime. All pictures were usually scanned directly from film by the photo shop, written on to a CD and resized by me. But for this page only, I scanned from prints and I've increased image size in pixels from 900x600 to 1024x680. As always, I hope you'll enjoy viewing!
