23 July 2010 : Today I proudly present Model Maniac Page 54 - Part D. In this Part "Art Instructor" presents 4 new armors, a new figure and two new dioramas. Starting from T-55 newly-released by SKIF and IJN type97 Motorcycle with Sidecar from Pit Road, followed by Triumph 3HW Motorcycle w/ British MP Set from Bronco, Flying Tiger Pilot 120mm (1:15) from VP and Ammunition Transporter T-1A w/ Crew from Master Box, then topping it off with Diorama "Let's Go!" using Legend's figure set of the same name and Diorama "Strumpioniers" using Dragon's Sd.Kfz.251 Ausf.C w/ 4 bonus pioneer figures in box. "Art Instructor" received all seven items on 4th July and delivered them all finished on 16th July, taking just 11 days to build all the items shown in this page.
And same as the last 3-4 dozen Parts, all pictures in this Part were taken using "time exposure" technique so as to achieve highest depth of field, i.e., using a tripod, setting shutter priority and selecting shutter speed that gives the highest f-stop (f19-f22) and setting self-timer for shutter release. Lighting is natural, pictures were taken outdoor under the shades during daytime. Pictures were scanned directly from film by the photo shop, written on to a CD and resized by me. As always, I hope you'll enjoy viewing!
I'd like to thank for all kind feedbacks, compliments and suggestions that we received concerning Page 54 - Part C. They are very encouraging, and they inspire us to keep on producing quality models and dioramas and showing finest quality pictures. Comments and suggestions are welcome in my Model Maniac Forum
